You never really know what menu you’re going to get. Early June started with one permanent chef, but post-COVID they pivoted to guest residencies, and now it’s a full-time rotation of talent from all over. A lot of newer spots have copied the model since. But they don’t also put them up in the neighborhood, hang with the team, or show them around the local food scene.
Everyone’s cool, fun, and (after a few spritzes by the Canal) genuinely hyped to eat.
