One of the last divey rock bars in Pigalle. Best known for its cheap beer, a smoke room, DJ sets by people who actually collect music, and regulars who look somewhere between Phreshboyswag and The Hellp. Everyone knows it’s either the worst night or the best night of your life.
PCC has been the afterparty for niche magazines and loud screen-printed t-shirt brands. The Cobra Snake shot one of them. At one point there was a meme account @pigallecountrymemes. Long live the PCC.
