Everyone calls it one of the best bistrots in Paris, and the $$$$ hotels send their guests here when they ask for a classic spot. The Ha’s Snack Bar team called their pop-up here the biggest moment of their lives.
It’s had the same old-school charm since 1997. Bertrand, the owner, switched back from the online reservation system so he could screen calls and keep the number of Americans in the dining room at a manageable level. They use those French branded plates everyone likes (they sell them too). Most people come for the steak au poivre.
