Chop Chop Love sits next door to its predecessor La Chopes des Artistes - the old-school bistro bar known for its afterparties. The owners—Ramy, Julien, Isma—have become the guys people watch for what and where they’re eating (Airbnb even had Julien do a guide).
Their formula is familiar in Paris post–Early June: rotating chefs in an apartment-sized kitchen, wine set to a single region each season - picked with help from Clovis Ochin.
The room is packed with friends-of-friends, off-duty chefs, winemakers, and baggy jeans.
