After earning a star, the Septime team naturally wanted to open another spot and the motorcycle garage next door happened to be for sale. The building's lack of ventilation ruled out a full kitchen, so the only feasible workaround was a raw bar with a few warm plates sent by dumbwaiter.
All the seafood is from France. From the back window you can see the garden it shares with Septime. It’s walk-in only, which a lot of people prefer to the booking game next door.
