Why It's Cool

Why It's Cool

Takao Inazawa (Le Verre Volé) and Benoît Simon (Le Chateaubriand, Septime) opened Cuisine as a canteen for their friends, most of whom are in the art and food scenes.

They kept the generic name and the old takeaway’s kitschy sign — sort of like Food in New York. It's very 70s inside. Inazawa writes the menu each morning around whatever he feels like cooking and what came in.
