Hotel CondesaDF

CondesaDF helped shape the neighborhood into what it is now. It was one of the early Grupo Habita hotels (a name you're probably already familiar with if you read hospitality mover and shaker/hotel design Substacks) and they've always had a way of identifying a scene before it gets branded as one. They tapped architect Javier Sánchez and interior designer India Mahdavi early on, helping kickstart the kind of work that made them AD and Dezeen fixtures.
