Just down the street from cult favorite Mokonuts (the cookies and cheesecake are here too). Bit more space, easier to actually sit and eat. A lot of chefs, a lot of lunch meetings (no laptops).
The breakfast they used to have at Mokonuts and Japanese bento/donburis.
