Ramen Wagaya

Wagaya grew out of @ramen.pr0ject: a feed of marinated eggs, mise en place, and pop ups. Lise and Tsubasa finally opened a permanent spot with a line of mostly locals and visitors from Japan.

They kept the old crêperie sign, so some still think it’s a pop-up. Many are calling it the best ramen in Paris.
