Abri Soba is the closest thing Paris has to a real Tokyo soba shop run by chef Katsu Okiyama who also happens to be a frequent Chop Chop Love collaborator (Abri Ramen).
Inside it’s all raw wood and tightly packed seats. There’s always a small line out front. The soba’s made in-house every morning, served hot or cold, and finished with sobayu - the cloudy noodle water poured into your cup at the end.
