Nuovo is where the cool girls shop. Despite their gatekeeping, Addison Rae, Lily-Rose Depp, and Gabbriette have all been caught in an obligatory fitting room/post purchase candid shot. The space could easily pass for a designer boutique, which in this part of Paris is usually code for marked-up, run-of-the-mill vintage.
But Nuovo isn’t just another vintage store. Instead of chasing trending names, Lisa Ligenti sources alongside moodboards and stylists to keep things cohesive and - by local standards - fairly priced. Its backbone came from her luck-of-the-draw find: a 5000 piece Plein Sud deadstock archive (Faycal Amor has co-signed the store, sometimes sending in old pieces).
Scarcity - and Ligenti's own momentum - has pushed Nuovo to produce their own slinky monochrome capri/halter sets.
