Song Heng has been family run for generations. They’re known for popularizing bo bun in Paris. A lot of designers like eating at the communal tables.
It’s housed in a timber framed building long thought to be the oldest house in Paris. Historians later found records that it was built in 1644 by a wealthy Parisian with a fixation on medieval architecture. The actual oldest house is a few blocks away at 51 Rue de Montmorency.
