Tapisserie (a metathesis on patisserie) is the pastry shop within Rue de Septime - the stretch of Charonne that holds the restaurant, wine bar, and seafood spot.
It started after too many people tried to order extra Tartes à l’Érable to go from Clamato. The menu rarely goes past five or six pastries a day, all made with minimal sugar and whatever’s fresh from the small farms they work with.
